Your Breakthrough is Assured in Christ Jesus

               The story of how three young Jews defied the all powerful King of Babylon(Daniel 3:13-25) is well known but the lessons inherent in it has often been ignored. Shedrach and his two other friends put their lives on the line by playing Russian roulette with the King’s orders. It was not just a simple case of bowing down to the image of the King; it was a refusal to give in to their situation. Many of us live very unfulfilled lives / find ourselves in certain situations but do too little or nothing about it. We often attribute these situations/problems as “the will of God”. This is contrary to what the bible says about the will of God for us “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11; Proverbs 16:9; proverbs 16:1). It is not the will of God to make us slaves to his will, bad habits, sickness, diseases, satanic oppression and other vices. It is not his will for you to be barren, unemployed, bewitched or for evil to prevail over your life. These things occur because we are in a war against forces that we cannot see. The Bible calls them the rulers of this world(Ephesians 6:12). Many believers are unaware of the darkness that surrounds them and influences the environment around them. Satan/Devil, the fallen Cherub has repeatedly assaulted mankind together with his angels ; right from the fall of man in the garden. Believers must rise up to these oppressors by watching and praying. For the Bible says “Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil”(Ephesians 6:11). The three young men stood up to the King and though it led to the furnace God was in that furnace with them and fire did not consume them. It is a lesson in endurance in the face of adversity. That problem or situation that has defied all solutions is a door to your breakthrough. It will not go away unless you do something about it through faith and the right steps to rectify it. Believers are fond of praying without the necessary actions to back it up (James 2:14-26). When the Almighty created this World, He not only spoke but the Holy Ghost brought those words to life by executing His commands. WE must prayerfully and painstakingly work out our salvation; prayers and faith and actions are required too. There are some today who are affected by ancestral and blood covenants that span many generations. These covenants can be very destructive if not dealt with and can continue hunting a family for generations. They often arise as a result of the ignorance of our fathers and forefathers which continues unless there is intercession. It could lead to barrenness in-finding a life partner, getting/keeping a job, maintaining a relationship etc. I am not saying this happens all the time but it applies to at least seventy percent of all cases. Do not allow the enemy to steal, kill or destroy your destiny; seek the Lord’s intervention through prayer and meditation; it is the only way. If you are suffering sicknesses such as cancer, tuberculosis, high blood pressure, diabetes; your healing is assured. I decree in the name of Jesus that your healing is complete and your deliverance secure.Amen. Just like Moses raised up the bronze serpent in the desert so that those bitten may be healed,(Numbers 21:8-9) Jesus was lifted up on the cross so that your healing in your body, soul and mind may be made perfect (Mark 16:17-18). For the bible states that “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed” (1 Peter 2:24; Isaiah 53:5). May you be made perfect in Christ. In JESUS name. Amen.

THE LORD'S LETTER TO THE CHURCH IN AFRICA

Brethren what you are about to read is not made up but actual words spoken by the Lord on the day he visited on the 6th of July 2014. In this message, the Lord Jesus Christ sounds an urgent warning to the leaders of the church  and His people in general of impending crisis in this country and the continent of Africa. He calls for urgent prayers and intercessions to help avert what is coming. Please if you are reading this do not ignore the Lord's battle cry but rather heed His voice and start praying earnestly concerning these things.He is calling you and I to repentance today; asking that we set straight that which is crocked. As I leave you to read this, meditate, reflect and act on His words. May the Lord show us mercy like He did to Nineveh in Jesus Name. Amen

ARE YOU TRULY SAVED?

Dearly beloved of the Lord I would like to welcome you to my blog. It is a matter of urgency that the information shared on this forum is taken seriously. We, my brothers and sisters are at the last phase of our existence as mortal beings, in the words of Apostle Paul we are waiting for when this corruptible life will put on incorruptible(1st Corinthians 15:54) . As such everything on earth both our flesh and everything around us are waiting for when the Lord of glory would transform us just like He was.

This is an urgent call from the Lord to those who are yet to answer His call to salvation. The time is ticking and delay is dangerous; it does not matter what you have done or are doing, He wants you to know Him, to recognize His Lordship over your life and to accept His friendship. Salvation goes beyond reciting empty words and making empty promises to live a holy life that you and I know we cannot fulfill (on our own). Salvation is the acknowledgement of our weaknesses and realization of Christ's ability to help us overcome them. It is the inward transformation and rebirth of the Spirit man from death into life(Romans 12:2; Galatians 2:20)THE DECISION IS YOURS TO MAKE TODAY, which would you choose LIFE or DEATH; ETERNAL BLISS OR ETERNAL CONDEMNATION. For remember we were God's enemies but by the sacrifice of Our Lord we became children of God (Romans 5:10).

To those who have already given their lives to Him and are now members of God's household, do you live everyday for Christ? or do you allow immorality,lust,greed and anger to rule over your life?. Are you one of those who believe that holiness is a myth and cannot be done. Jesus asked in the book of Revelation if faith would still abide when He comes. My brothers and sisters Holy living is not just about chastity alone but also of the mind and spirit. God is Spirit and can only be interested in the state of our hearts. Holiness is possible and can only be accomplished when we let go of old habits and allow the Holy Spirit to lead us. 2 Corinthians 7:10 says that "Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God". How much time have you committed to God in prayer? or are you ashamed of the Gospel? The bible says in Romans 1:16 that "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek". Your life must emulate Christ for you are His Bride and He is your Bridegroom. The bible also calls Him the Captain of our salvation(Hebrews 12:2).
